Who is behind Cedar City Roofing?

HAVN Construction is a Utah-based roofing company with an office in Cedar City. We’ve been protecting homes and businesses across Utah since 2009. That’s over 15 years of roofing work in a climate that doesn’t go easy on roofs.

We’re one of just a handful of GAF Master Elite certified contractors in southern Utah. That certification is limited to the top 3% of roofing contractors in the country, and it’s something we earn every year through ongoing training, insurance verification, and customer satisfaction requirements. It’s not a title we bought. It’s one we maintain.

We’re fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Utah. We serve Cedar City, Enoch, Parowan, Brian Head, and the surrounding Iron County communities.

Why does Cedar City need specialized roofing knowledge?

Cedar City sits at over 5,800 feet of elevation, and many of the surrounding communities (Brian Head, for example) push well above 9,000 feet. That elevation creates a combination of roofing challenges you won’t find in most of the country:
